Excellent online mode and cross-platform gameplay
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time is a great, enjoyable RPG. I mainly played it on the DS myself, but the 2 versions are actually exactly the same. The online mode is definitely a huge plus, and you can also play together with a Wii and DS. The graphics aren't top-notch, but still very enjoyable. Cijfer:

DS Version Offers Better Experience Than Wii Port
This game is a port of the Nintendo DS version, and that is clearly noticeable in the controls, graphics, and layout of the game. I have it on both the DS and Wii, and the DS version is recommended with enjoyable dungeons and bosses. It's much more fun to play Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time together on the DS rather than on the Wii. Cijfer:

This game is an entertaining RPG, both in single player mode and multiplayer mode. The storyline is enjoyable. The graphics are not amazing, but I didn't really mind that.
The controls can be a bit annoying at first, but after playing for a few minutes, you'll easily get the hang of them. The Wi-Fi connection feature is somewhat unnecessary as there aren't many players using it. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time has its pros and cons, but overall, it's a must-have for anyone who owns a Wii. Cijfer:

Unique RPG with roaming monsters and challenging quests
Echoes of Time is quite a large and complex game, and it's also a different kind of RPG (Role Playing Game) because in the old (and even new) RPGs, you have to bump into something on the map to start a fight with a monster, but here the monsters are already roaming around! For example, if you have a 'quest' to kill a dragon, you just need to go to a specific area.
If the monsters are too strong, you can ask friends for help using Nintendo's WFC (Wi-Fi Connection), although the Wi-Fi option is not the best. Personally, I find the DS version better, and it's also portable!Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time Cijfer:

Nice, but better on the DS
Everything about it shows that it's originally from the DS, the graphics, the layout, and the sound.
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time features an Active Time Battle system, which means that instead of running into a monster to start a battle, the monsters are already there and you have to fight them that way.
You can also help or be helped by people via Wi-Fi.
It also has fun dungeons and bosses. I did enjoy this game, but still think it's better on the DS. Cijfer:
